3D Teleconferencing: Eye Contact Call with Your Friend

3D Teleconferencing: Eye Contact Call with Your Friend

Imagine this! You talk with someone in out there. Via cellphone or video chat is familiar now, but this you can see the face of someone who you invite to talk on 3D display. Can you believe it?

University of Southern California’s Institute for Creative Technologies will makes it came true. They have a project 3D teleconferencing that works with a super-speed video on a mirror.

You can see the ICT’s system provided a real 3D image that allows you to see the face of your opponent standing 90º to one or other side of the remote entrant’s face. You can eye contact with him/her through it. It’s really cool technology. You can see the demonstration pic at below.

This technology is still on prototype. And now, show me what are you thinking about this ICT. Could this technology be big on future?
