At the Toy Fair this season I took a toy from TechnoSource called Bubble Talk. I sparse write about many board games especially because I always equalize them with a narration my friend Lou explained about his former lover. Irrespective, the best boardgame such as Settlers of Catan as well as Carcassonne are often fun to play of every an evening.
Thus what that is Bubble Talk? Okay, it is such as the first LOLCat game in the this world. Each player (minimum of three players) takes a set of cards containing funny captions (“This is going to leave a mark,” “I need your W-2s and 1099s if you have them,” etc.). You draw a picture card – usually stock photos of animals and people in potentially funny situations – and one person acts as a judge. The rest of the players slap down the caption cards, trying to pick the funniest caption or bubble. The judge chooses one and the winner collects the photo. The one with five photos wins.
Looks really ridiculous, yet if you have many players – as well as who have a sense of humor – it is fun. We make a drinking game of it last weekend (I am and my Friend usually just drank and played) as well as had an explosion.
